Sandy has been recognized for her exceptional dedication and support in her role as Janitor at Hunters Crossing. Her initiative, leadership, and team spirit have made a lasting impact on the entire community.
Her team shared, “Sandy has stepped into a leadership role by guiding new team members through our maintenance turns and daily operations. She begins the day helping our temp get started and checks in regularly to offer direction and support. In the absence of a maintenance supervisor, Sandy has also taken the initiative to order supplies to keep things running smoothly.”
Another colleague noted, “Sandy consistently goes above and beyond by assisting with walk-throughs, creating punch lists, training new techs, and even managing corporate guest suites so they’re always ready for emergency stays. She’s
also taken on additional tasks like changing locks, installing dog stations, and repairing amenity locks—all while staying on top of her janitorial duties.”
