Samantha Gaddis is the Training Coordinator at our corporate office. She was nominated for always jumping headfirst into whatever is needed and doing it with the biggest smile on her face. Sam was chosen to enter the field to help with move outs, but she did more than that! She was immediately ready to lead and do whatever needed to be done from garage remote programming to coordinating lunches. She went above and beyond.
Senior Regional Manager, Kim, said "I have always had fun in turn when Sam was on property, it was great to see her back out leading a team and loving it. She truly set an amazing example for our teams. Our turn was successful due to her knowledge, organization, work ethic, enthusiasm, kindness and leadership!
