Robert Duhillis the maintenance technician at Huntington Lakes, a northwest Gainesville property with a unit count of 310. Robert is dedicated, thorough, kind, and cooperative. He is punctual and goes above and beyond to make sure his daily tasks are completed to the letter. Robert has been the only maintenance that Huntington Lakes since October 2022 and has never complained about his workload. Robert often assists our sister communities as well. He is eager to train temps and subordinates and always makes sure things are done correctly. Robert is a favorite amongst our residents and is a big part of why Huntington Lakes has rated 4.2 stars on Google, Residents ask for him by name to complete their work orders as he is friendly and completes his work in a timely and thorough manner. Robert is studying to take his HVAC certification and looks forward to moving up the ranks of CMC as a maintenance supervisor. He is a valued member of the Huntington Lakes team, and it is our pleasure to award Robert Duhill CMC’s Building Relationships Employee of the Month, February 2023, as he epitomizes our core values of integrity, service, expertise, commitment, and community.
