Yes you read that correctly! Gainesville has a fashion week and it's in the fourth season running.
Our friends from Gainesville Fashion Week just shared the news that they will be hosting a Model Casting Call on Sunday January 23 2011 from 1:00pm - 5:00pm at the neutral7 design office.
The great thing about GFW is not only does it support local talent and businesses but it's a great way to meet like-minded individuals in the creative community.
GFW says "No experience is nessceesary. Just bring your confidence and fabulous self to the casting call". You MUST BE 18 years or older and there is a processing application of $25 for newbies and $20 for former models.
They say models from this event have scored incredible swag bags filled with goodies had pro make-up and hair teams from Sephora and salons around town scored their faces magazine covers editorial and commercial photo shoots around the state some of them even helped us by modeling for our property photo shoots.
