We held one of our last events for the summer on Friday - the 3rd Annual Lake Crossing Cookout. We switched it up this year previously it was a luau but we partnered up with our Millhopper Beef O'Brady's to make it a cookout (OK OK so maybe it should have been Irish themed...but hey we're all about fusion here in North Central Florida!). We had such an overwhelming turnout as residents came out to mix with their new neighbors and friends. We held a raffle for "Tiki Off My Rent" - a rent coupon everyone got liei'd upon arrival and we made these great "Freebie in a Bottle" giveaways. Originally we wanted to hold a scavenger hunt for our Little Lake Crossers but the weather was too gloomy. However that didn't stop the party from rocking until the sun went down.
