Kaylei Koon manages four student communities near UF from the CMC Student Properties Office; Alligator Alley, LynCourt Square, Nantucket Walk, and Upper Westside with a total bed count of 170. This diverse portfolio presents unique challenges in regard to leasing, resident relations, and property upkeep. Kaylei’s team consists of a leasing consultant and maintenance supervisor, so she is very hands-on with all aspects of managing these properties. Kaylei’s excellent professionalism and customer service skills are evident based on resident and prospect feedback. During the months of July, August, and September 2021—which is considered the busiest season for student communities—the CMC Student Properties office received 36 consumer testimonials resulting in a 5-star review rating, and 4.7-star survey rating. Kaylei handles challenges proactively and treats everyone who walks through her office door with a calm demeanor and the utmost respect. Kaylei’s regional managers consider her an incredible asset and know that they can count on her to adhere to the high standards they set for her with minimal supervision. Kayleiconsistentlyfollows up with residents, vendors, and other CMC team members and isn’t afraid to come in early or stay late to get the job done. She takes pride in running an efficient office and we are so thankful to have her on our team.
