Katie and I have worked together since 2012. Our work relationship started as managers together at Huntington Lakes, and we immediately clicked. Katie has an excellent work ethic; she takes pride in her work, and her customer service skills are top of the game. She truly wants to do a good job for her residents and makes sure they love their homes. Katie is organized and runs a fantastic turn with her team. She has overseen the renovation of 59 of her 144 units, with 25 more to go this year. She consistently receives five-star reviews for going above and beyond for her residents. She is the ultimate team player, and why I feel she is most worthy of this nomination. She has taken one of our new managers under her wing and helped him every step of the way. This is our new team member's first management position, and Katie has mentored him so he can be successful and have a long career with CMC. She has run two properties for the last two months and is actively involved in her investor new property, Natura. She is tireless and is leading with a heart of gold.
