Jon Josephson has been the maintenance supervisor for the Mount Vernon and Williamsburg Village apartment communities, overseeing 230 units since 2015. Jon is a true team player. Whether he is assisting other maintenance technicians with after-hours work orders during his downtime or driving to another community to help with service requests, Jon is always willing to lend a helping hand. The residents he serves respect and admires Jon'scommitment to providing timely and exceptional customer service, which is demonstrated time and again through positive surveys, reviews, and verbal feedback from residents. We can all agree that 2020 was a challenging year, but for Jon, that was especially true. Due to manning issues in 2020, Jon was tasked with managing the maintenance at four additional communities, including Arbor, Arbor East, Bridgelight, and Napier Grant. He did so with a positive attitude and the residents never complained that their work orders were not being completed in a timely manner. Jon professionally coordinated complex HVAC repairs, slab leaks, and electrical issues and made sure the pools were properly maintained. He built teamwork through communication with property managers and regional managers and always responded to their calls in a calm and professional manner. Jon’s professionalism and steadfastness played a huge part in keeping all six properties running smoothly throughout 2020.
