2022 Employee of the Year, Senior Property Manager, Heather Clayton

After an impressive win of Employee of the Quarter for January through March at Willowbrooke at 98% occupancy and a reputation score of 826 and J-Turner ORA Score of 90, Heather Clayton was asked to move from Lakeland to Jacksonville to oversee a property that needed her leadership. She accepted the challenge and in April became the Senior Property Manager at The Waterford at Mandarin where her efforts made a huge difference during prime leasing season while the property underwent major renovations Then in November of 2022, another property in Jacksonville, Coventry Park, required her steadfast leadership, she accepted that role with the same positive attitude. Heather’s leadership has been nothing short of transformative with the team and our residents. Because of Heather’s willingness to adapt and overcome, and because of the sacrifices she has made, we are proud to announce that Heather Clayton is Contemporary Management Concepts Building Relationships Employee of the Year for 2022.
