After an impressive win of Employee of the Quarter for January through March at Willowbrooke at 98% occupancy and a reputation score of 826 and a J-Turner ORA Score of 90, Heather Clayton was asked to move from Lakeland to Jacksonville to oversee a property that was struggling. She accepted the challenge and in April, became the Senior Property Manager at The Waterford Mandarin, where her leadership and hard work made a huge difference during prime leasing season while the property underwent major renovations. Then, in November of 2022, another property in Jacksonville, Coventry Park, required her steadfast leadership, and she accepted that role with the same positive attitude. Heather’s leadership has been nothing short of transformative with the team and our residents.
