Come see us at The Courtyards

If you've rumbled by Frat Row recently you may have seen lots of action happening around SW 3rd Ave and 13th Street.

Well we're pleased to announce that we have added uber-student property The Courtyards to our portfolio of property managed sites.

If you're a freshman or new student looking for the easiest commute to the east side of the University of Florida campus this is the choice for you.

The Courtyards is (no joke) DIRECTLY across the street from the hot spots like: The Fine Arts Building Tigret Hall Turlington (or The Set) Plaza of the Americas not to mention Library West the free Krishna lunches Einsten's Bagels and all the other UF finds.

Just saying...it's literally in walking distance. Here's a panoramic shot of UF's Administration Building our sign and parking lot. We moved in last Thursday and started making changes to our new office and model space (at Unit 125) the pool area and more.

Within a few days you'll notice some small changes like new colors to the area and updated signage...along with not-so-subtle ones; which we are being tight-lipped about so as not to spoil the surprise.

Our hours are: Monday – Friday 9a.m. to 6p.m. and Saturdays 10a.m. to 5p.m.
