Lake Crossing and Huntington Lakes won the prestigious Conventional Community of the Year and Renovated Community of the Year awards, respectively. Samantha Gaddis, who has been with CMC since 2014, was presented the NCFAA A.C.E Assistant Manager of the Year and Director of Marketing, Shannon Claunch won Corporate Staff Person of the Year.
