Alexandria Salls has been a leasing consultant at The Gathering at Arbor Greens since October 2020. The Gathering at Arbor Greens is a 255-unit new build community, currently in lease-up. Alexandria has become the property’s top leasing consultant, responsible for 88% of all leases signed-to-date, signing 59 leases in Q1 alone. Her success can be attributed to her ability to connect with prospects, promote the property, develop rapport, and close the deal. It is obvious that she genuinely enjoys being at work, and her positive attitude is evident to her team and everyone she meets. Alexandria is a relationship-builder and the type of employee who will do whatever it takes to ensure prospects are satisfied from the time they tour to the time they move-in, and throughout their time as residents. Alexandria plans and carries out resident events and promotes them on social media which gives The Gathering at Arbor Greens a competitive edge. Due in large part to Alexandria’s ability to communicate and work efficiently with her team, The Gathering has earned a prestigious 803-reputation score, which is 30% higher than the industry average for an apartment community! Alexandria not only excels at her duties at The Gathering at Arbor Green, but she also finds time to balance her education. Alexandria is a junior at UF where she is majoring in finance. She just completed four challenging courses and got an ‘A’ in all of them. Alexandria also interns one day each week at the CMC corporate accounting office. Her property manager, Jeremy Tomlinson remarks that, “Alexandria’s maturity and positive attitude is what makes her successful at work and in life” and that she is one of the best employees he has had in over the 13 years.
